Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.
Re: WTB: CGC Pre-Unity Copies
Hmm. Okay.. the title DOES say CGC. But the internal part could be interpreted both ways... He's looking for HG raw candidates for his CGC collection or he's looking for slabs for his CGC collection.slym2none wrote:sckao wrote:Slabbed or RAW?whetteon wrote:It's that time of year again. I was just a little confused because I had listed a lot of those same books for sale before. Plus, the mention of the price guide seemed to imply raw prices (since I'm used to GPAnalysis pricing.)
My bad

Re: WTB: CGC Pre-Unity Copies
Kind of an odd post. Does anyone NOT want something on the cheap? Is there a person out there who says to him or herself, "I want that X but only if I can get it at max value"?slym2none wrote:You have a point - I just figured Whet wants them on the cheap.sckao wrote:I was just a little confused because I had listed a lot of those same books for sale before. Re: WTB: CGC Pre-Unity Copies
Hey, don't purposefully ignore the middle option - fair market value! I figure there's cheap, there's a value, then there's expensive. And I usually want the cheap, but will pay the value when neccessary. The expensive has been out of my range for a while now.....whetteon wrote:Kind of an odd post.
