Shadowman V2 #1 Special Edition which one rarer?

I know that there are two editions of the special edition, a regular and small size version. Is there any info which version is more common?

btw: I found the small version yesterday for $5 in vf condition

Good find! I think the smaller version is more common, but locating either version is not an easy thing. And finding them in better than VF condition can be a challenge.

I'm pretty sure the larger one is more rare...i've seen 4 on ebay of the smaller ones, and only 2 of the larger. The latter had a BIN of 75, i was maybe the 3rd or 4th person to view it and when the seller got back to me indicating it was the full-sized version it was already sold...c'est la vie.

FUnny think, I found it at a store that normally asks ridiculously high prices for (hot) comics. Sort of Mile High prices without sale reductions
