Re: Deathmate Orange Preview question
The orange one is in the same one as the Plasm book.cjv wrote:Is there some way to tell which sssue of Previews has the Orange Deathmate preview as opposed to the pink one?
It has Batman on the cover and here is an Ebay auction for you.

That's been my experience with these two as well (meaning if you want a perfect orange one you need to buy the previews not just the torn out issue).greg wrote:I want to say that I've never seen a Deathmate Pink "bound into" Previews,
and I also want to say that I've never seen a Deathmate Orange that wasn't
"ripped out" of Previews.
Can anyone confirm this?
(I guess I'm saying that Pinks are always standalone, and Oranges are always "bound".)
Might as well mention the other two green versions of this book as well: someone on here sold me the green Advance copy that came as a stand alone in a polybagged, previews type magazine (was the magazine called Advance ?); and I finally found a Comic Defense green version as a stand alone at a local comic shop (for a buck!). I wonder if the Comic Defense versions came in storage bag multipacks like the Hard Corps #5 Comic Defense version?

I sold you that. The magazine it was included was Advance Comics, which was Capital City Distributors equivalent to Diamond Distributors' Previews. I still have a few of those books around if anyone is interested.someone on here sold me the green Advance copy that came as a stand alone in a polybagged, previews type magazine (was the magazine called Advance ?)

You're the man brother J! good memory (i guess when you're the seller it's a little easier to remember since you need to pack and ship, whereas all I had to do was a little paypal and look in my mailbox). Thanks again for that, still have it in its polybag!Brother J wrote:I sold you that.
