I noticed the same thing. It was right after the high vistor visit.slym2none wrote:Site is VERY slow for me today, nowhere else but here..... *shrug*

Seems to be better now.
Also my e-mail showed I got 2 different pm's this afternoon, but when I checked there was only the 2nd one listed in my in box. The one that wasn't there was supposed to have been sent just after the time I quit surfing the site because it was so slow.

Whoever sent the first one may have deleted it before you checked your mail. It may be that the second PM was the resent first PM and that the sender just deleted the first PM instead of editing it.childres wrote:I noticed the same thing. I didn't know enough about how the PM system operates in order to think of that.

JK UNBD  . . .actually the visiter rush and some new members was a result of a press release Greg and I sent out regarding the free comic offer which ran on quite a few sites including Newsarama.
Greg is quoted in the release. Check it out.
I'll go update the other thread as well

My releases go to approximately 250 comic news sources. They, of course, pick and choose which ones they will run.
Why? you have connections? Hook me up.
