You didn't...? I thought all comics came with instructions, a shiny, laminated little insert, that says something like this:

"1. Open comic.

2. Read.

3. Eat cookie.

4. Dunk cookie in milk.

5. Avoid spilling milky cookie on comic, as it will ruin it's minty freshness, and you'll have to buy another cop....hey, wait a minute....spill away, fanboy!

6. Finish reading.

7. Close back cover (please note, in Japan, China, and the Middle East, these instructions should be reversed.)

WARNING: If you are unable to read, you will first be required to learn before proceeding to step #2, or, indeed, to comprehend these instructions. If you don't know how to read, and cannot comprehend these instructions, STOP READING NOW, and go turn on Itchy and Scratchy. If you DO know how to read, but STILL cannot comprehend these instructions, ignore them and go play on your X-Box. If you can read AND comprehend these instructions, go to step 3."

That's about the extent of it, no? As for the mysterious '2 other documents', I have no idea what they might be. A hitchkiker's guide to the galaxy? A treasure map to Blackbeard's gold? Jimmy Hoffa? Unfortunately, my copy didn't come with these 2 other documents, so I'm at a loss to tell you what they are.

This "Instructions and two other documents" description
is what happens when Ebay offers a subtitles for $0.01 promotion.

This guy paid $0.01 each to add the "Instructions" line
to a half-dozen of his auctions because he didn't erase
it from his "cut-and-paste" selling screen.

Stupidity aside, I love when auctions begin with "You are bidding on...". It just makes me want to scream "No I'm not!" and whack the guy with a tether ball poll.

Yes, but does the outcome of the poll influence your decision to bid in any way....?

And is it anything like a straw poll....?

Nah, but if I hit them enough, they probably won't be shipping the item to me even if I do win. I suppose this is a self-defeating philosophy...

No no, I was, I was just wondering if it had been taken, ya know, that way. You know, the way I meant it...yeah...that's the ticket...

<double smirk...goes back to reading Instructions for Miracleman #16>

Zeph loves homonyms as typo. ;)

Watching American Idol right now. Fantasia better win. DON'T SPOIL it for me, darn it.

In a total shocker... the highest number of votes went to LATOYA!
(Finally, America gets one right.)

Yeah, well...I called Fantasia from Day 1, at the auditions....and the only REAL challenge she faced was LaToya. ;) And YES....I was glad she was booted, even though it was a travesty. ;)

Fantasia rocks. Yay.
