I know, right? Shipping was outrageous. I offered $3.35 on eBay, the seller took it and after shipping and tax, I was out 14 bucks! 2] VAlient is a great mash-up nickname for the new current chapter of Valiant’s publishing history!
3] re: The sidebar convo regarding expressing opinions around here - it’s not as simplistic as ‘sycophants vs. “honest” anger’… firstly that’s a narrow band of “us vs. them” thinking, and secondly *neither* of those extremes are ultimately productive or all that helpful anyways. Constructive criticism is the thing to strive for, and that can always be expressed by anyone willing to put effort into measuring & shaping their opinions before expressing them publicly - and it’s far less likely to offend anyone.
