Confused about Virgin Variant certificate

Confused about Virgin Variant certificate
So I had gotten my hands on one of these virgin variants, Dynamite's Solar #3, with what Dynamite says is "Emanuela Lupacchino's". Does anyone know if Santos has anything to do with this cover, or if Dynamite messed up?

I look at the certificate sold with it, still with the DE sticker on the back of the bag, and it says it's "Santos", and I thought maybe they made a mistake and swapped certificates, but then I saw the same book on ebay, with the same "Santos" certificate. The cover itself has Lupacchino pretty clearly in the art (bottom-left quadrant, lower-right of an asteroid).
