Anybody know what's up with her fingers? The gesture? Is she taking out two threats? The backwards peace gesture as symbolism?

It is a British gesture. Very rude; I think it refers to a lady’s vulva. It is backwards to the peace sign. Frequently I have seen the hand shake when making the gesture.
