ASoT Shadowman #1 Iron Maiden Homage Variants

Here are the A Sound of Thunder exclusive Shadowman #1 covers! These are by Paul Pelletier and are an homage to the cover of Iron Maiden's The Number of the Beast by Derek Riggs.

Main/Modern Trade Dress cover: 500 copies (trying to put one in the hands of as many ASoT fans as possible)
Virgin Variant: 50 copies
Classic Logo Variant: 50 copies

These are tied to the Kickstarter campaign for our new album The Krimson Kult. If we hit our goal we'll also be recording a new single based on Shadowman! Yes, we did a whole dang album about Shadowman before. That was heavily tied to the story of the 2012 series. This new song is more of a theme for Shadowman!

For those who backed our previous campaign and got our Rai #1 variants, we're doing things a little bit differently this time. Kickstarter has added a la carte add-on items to their system. So we have uncoupled the classic and virgin variants from the album. Back any tier, even the $1 tier, and you can add on the virgin and classic variants. You won't see this option until you select your main rewards tier, at which point the add-on menu will appear.

The main cover is much less rare but is coupled to the album. So if you want the complete set you'll need to back at a tier that includes that cover.

Just FYI in your Get Valiant pledge it says it include the ASot Book of Death #1. Did you guys do a variant cover for issue #1? I have your cover for Book of Death #3.

We'll hopefully have a few main covers left after the campaign. Last time the main Rai #1 cover actually was the one that we didn't have enough of, because we're including one for all backers who pick a reward tier $35 and up. So we're just being a little more careful that we don't run out of the main covers this time. But if there are any left over I will make sure you get one! Or you can always grab the "Honored Heroes" reward. The vinyl edition is probably going to get upgraded with a big comic art book, since Joseph Schmalke is doing a piece of art for each song. (I know shipping costs to Europe suck though.)

We did not do a variant for BoD #1! Thanks for catching the error. I'll go correct it!

Quick update...the campaign is kicking butt and the comics are going fast! Here's what's left:
