Dudes! Dr. Eclipse was acquired (along with Solar et. al.) as part of a legitimate licensing deal with Valiant Entertainment. Check out the Comic Book Resource interview with Messrs. Pak, Van Lente, Rybant, and Cosby from October 2013.
