I just have to say I hate the Ninja-_ concept. Stupid Kind-t, Unit-Y *SQUEE*.

This does not feel innovative, significant, or boundary shattering. Feels like Ninja-K 2. That doesn't mean I won't like it, but the hype and hyperbole is so underwhelming that I will probably tune out similar statements in the future.Towards the conclusion of 2018, comic book readers were guaranteed a significant breakthrough from Valiant Entertainment. More specifically, they were promised a line-up of four, boundary-shattering new series to propel the Valiant Universe into a bold new era.

It must be March. Dick Vitale has ruined this month.nycjadie wrote:This does not feel innovative, significant, or boundary shattering. Feels like Ninja-K 2. Hmm. Not sure what’s the problem here for the naysayers. More Jothikumar character sketches and Bollers gives a lackluster editor interview: can’t be that as none of it will appear in the final product. The promo for Breakthrough included the mug shots of A, E, and K, so more Ninja-K was entirely expected. This is B Clay Moore! More Ninja-G! (albeit an older Ninja-G) I cannot wait for this!
Oh, and you guys will not be needing those silly Kindt Ninjak and Unity variants, or those rotten Gage Ninja-K variants anymore. I hope you guys can give me the heads up on that for sale thread, as I’d really like to get a jump on them. (Heh!)

I agree wit Ninja-G, let's hope the homework was done here, and we don't get a young Ninja-G (as it looked in the art).AnarchoMambo wrote:Hmm. Not sure what’s the problem here for the naysayers. Maybe Ninja-F with his poncho and laceless gym shoes can join that ginger twink from Psi-Lords and open up a coffee/skate shop.
"We’ve got a great new colorful cast of characters here"
sigh. I just don't care.
Howabout tell a story with all the great characters you guys already have. Where's Savage, Deathmate, Magic, Bloodhound, Archer, Armstrong, The Renegades, Solomon, Alpha, Divinity, etc?
