Divinity: Two Myshkas?

Ever since Divinity first came out the character drawn on the covers has had black hair, and the character inside the comic has had blonde hair. This has been happening for about a year now.

Stuff like that bugs the hell out of me. Also when people look like the hero. Case in point Divinity 1 people look like him in d2

Hahaha thank you, this has been bugging me so much...or rather, I've just thought it was so weird. Wonder what their reasoning for it is?

It's mainly just the covers by Jelena Djurdjevic that also happen to be all the regular covers. Jelena didn't get the memo and since her Myshka has always been dark haired on the covers it would be weird to switch her to being blonde again now.

This only keeps happening because they let different artists do the regular covers. I usually prefer to have the same artist draw the main cover and interior pages so you actually know what to expect visually.

EDIT: Jelena's Ninjak also looks a little weird with almost shoulder-long hair, see Divinity (Vol. 1) #3.

I always saw that as his hair being super dirty from years on the slave ship with just occasional 'rain' to wash it. Then, once he bathed in the lake/river in Peru, it was blond again.
