Where to purchase new Valiant books....condition

Interested in collecting some new Valiant titles for PC and reading of course. What's a few places to purchase the new issues coming out or back issues. Though I'm getting them for personal collections, I would like the condition to be NM+/M.

Which makes me think I remember going to a comic book shop a few years ago and bought some books and the cashier handled them haphazardly just by scanning them, I was thinking "Nooooooo!!!!!!" LOL! and another experience is where an owner had new books that came out stacked on top of each other and were bent down the middle, I was asking how much he was asking and yet he still intended on selling them at cover price?!?!

Owning a shop, unless the comic was damaged by the supplier, any book I sold I would do the best to keep it in like new condition. If feasible, I would have a "reader" copy on display and if they wanted the comic would use a pull/number system and would provide them with a NM+/M copy. I've seen this implemented at a framed picture store around my area...."reader" framed picture and number system where they got the framed picture in the back.

He's a retailer who loves Valiant and spends a lot of time helping guys on this message board, even the ones who don't live near California.

Pretty sure I know I guy who can hook you up on many of those back-issues in that condition ...
