The problem is that Peter Parker is Spider-Man to an even greater number of always increasing people.
Why is that a problem? That's not going to affect the increasing importance of Miles as a character.

As long as marvel doesn't do something crazy like Peter getting killed off,and his replacement is Miles(don't like that idea). However Keeping Peter as one spiderman and Miles a different one could maybe work? That way people who see peter as spiderman are not put off by miles as spidey and the opposite as well.
If I just can't be me ,and the Arrow isn't enough.. then maybe I should be Ra's al Ghul

I was on a business trip in Denver this last weekend and went to a store called "I Like Comics". Super nice people at the store. Found the regular and variant copy of Ultimate Fallout 4. The regular was cover price and the variant was $7. I ended up picking up a Guardians of the Galaxy #1 (1990) for $10 and a Rocket Raccoon #1 miniseries for $15. What a great store! FWIW, I also went to Mile High and couldn't believe their prices. I don't know how they make any money.

Appreciate the tip on this book way back when. I paid $180, which was pretty high at the time, but this is now a $300 book in 9.8.

An interesting note about this book... it's not only the first Miles Morales, it's also the first Ultimate Reed Richards as The Maker. The Maker seems like a fairly important villain who is now in the regular Marvel Universe.

Miles Morales will make his movie debut on December 14, 2018. When do first appearances usually start heating up when the character is known to be making a movie debut relative to the release date?

Someone said "buy on the rumor, sell on the trailer"... but selling just before the movie probably also works.

I think I'm gonna hold a bit longer ... I'm not even sure how many I have. At least 40 that I know of but there are a bunch more in some boxes somewhere. Might pay for another trip to SDCC. I have a couple of the incentive variants but one got folded under some other books going back in a box. I cussed pretty loud when I saw that.

I'll put in a comment about the newsstand version of this book. Sleeper investment... if it can be found at all.

Mile High doesn't have it listed even as having been in stock at all, so that tells me something. Plus I've never run across a listing of it, which also tells me something since I've been watching that book so closely over the years. It makes sense that there would be one though. Do you have a copy, or have you seen one advertised?
