According to this thread, all books are covered... I just have not gotten them yet and I hope they're on their way to me. If they never make it here I have SO-NIC! SO-NIC! SO-NIC! to buy the remainder from after the fact.

99.99% sure they were in the box as were quite a few of the others.

Did you receive it yet? I left the tracking number at home, but it was due to arrive today as of Tuesday.
