I remember Perez recently posted a group photo maybe this is part of the same project, my gut is telling me that he and FLV is working on the same thing.

My thoughts exactly. FLV mentioned at NYCC that he had pitched something for which there was not art yet, and he has worked with Perez on a few arcs, so maybe this is that project a little further along.
