Solar commission

I just had this done by Bill Marimon. Not a Valiant alumni, but I thought his watercoloring would be a perfect fit with Solar.

Well, he gave me discount since I've bought from him before. I'd say he'd charge $125-$150 for it otherwise, but don't hold me to it.

Interesting side note. He told me that he was working in a studio with some Valiant artists and that they wanted him to do something for them but he couldn't because he was working for DC then. Which is a shame since the Solar piece I'm getting has a good Valiant "feel" to it. He would've fit in well.

Excellent. To muscular to be the Valiant Solar but when your working with superheros I guess to much is better then not enough... or something...

I give it an 8 out of 10. Wall worthy material.
