I just looked at this page that you are asking about. I buy art and that might be the weakest page in the issue it's still BWS so I would say 125-150 on the page if I was going to sell it at a show.
only because the page is a basic panel page with nothing special going for it except the artist. in contrast if it was issue #20 and Calafiore was the artist that page would sell in the 10-15 dollar range to me.

My opinion on what it is worth: $125 - $150
My opinion on what it would bring in the current ebay market: Around $200.
Take for example the Archer & Armstrong page that sold a couple of days ago. The same page sold a few months ago for just over $100.
