That cannot republish any book that was based on the GK properties. If there is another book that just happens to have those characters in it, they can.
Yeah and the flipbooks really don't make sense without the Magnus portions, so it's understandable. Does the Rai Valiant Master at least have a text preface with the story of the events that occurred in the flipbooks?
