A let-down. Suddenly everything's tied up in one issue. And not in a good pace, but back and forth.

First we see is how badly printed most pages are.

We see a short recap of events in Timewalker, but with another look for the Visitor. Then we're back to our story in progress, but not the same dialogue as when the same demasking happened in last issue.

Then a quick story where threats are setup and neatly taken care of without hooking the imagination of the reader. And for every problem there happens to be one solution that just happens to be available.

The whole Visitor saga was well thought through and could have worked out nicely, but it was so rushed I have to vote 2.

It was rather disappointing after how good Vis #12 set everything up. The inking job was botched, which is sad since this was the last issue.

The fight scene continues, and when the Vis voluntarily reveals who he is, Major Benson just screws over Harada and decides to leave. Benson goes back to the ship and rescues his two buddies who were kidnapped in a past issue, gives them some words of assurance, than leaves.

At the foundation, present day Peter (The Harbinger) decides to take a look in the MIB ship to see people being tortured and converted into MIB. MIB come back to earth, complaining about intrusion and two of their prisoners missing. Harada helps out the good guys, as does Major Benson, who just all of a sudden switches sides and helps the Vis.

How do we stop them?

They can't stand ultra-high frequencies.

How about that? I can do that with sound.

MIB defeated, good guys blow up ship, Benson and Vis die, Pete warns Harada to stay away, the end.

Might've been better if this issue was split in half and more detail was given.

3/5

I guess the next ones on the list to re-read will be Psi-Lords

As the military would say, this issue was FUBAR.
