Almost a filler-issue, but we do get some insights in the mind of the Harbinger and a bit of the Visitor and Harada. Some reminders of previous events to put the story in its place in the Valiant universe. Nice art as usual.

Pretty nice issue. The Harbinger shows up and we're given another fight scene like in Visitor #1-2. As magnusr said, it does give backstory, but I couldn't help but notice the typo.

Vis: You killed a boy just like that in washington? The city with a needle in it!
Harb: No!!
(proceeds to beat up The Harbinger)

Wrong Washington folks. Anvil was killed in Washington D.C. Besides that, the fight is good, and Harada and Vis meet face to face at the end. Besides the mistake in continuity, still a good read.
