Dark Horse Presents - The OCCULTIST!
Hooray!
Ahem...
I mean. 'yeah'
Dark Key line sorta doesn't continue tomorrow with the release of Dark Horse Presents 11. The continuing story of the Dark Key line - except not really at all.
The Occultist continues this week - and I am spending $16 to complete my super-ultra-mega-crazy-related-completist-compulsion Dark Key set. Two different covers on each of the next issues.
Let's say I will be terrifyingly willing to spend $3.99 on the Valiant books.

If I win an argument, it doesn't mean I'm right. It means I'm a better arguer.
In addition, I'm right.

I still hold out hope, albeit not much, that this line will be back.kevinbastos wrote:Hooray!

I'm just glad DHP went from 3 variants per issue to 2.

I think it's pretty likely they'll use the properties again, but it'll probably be in a contained miniseries or something.StarBrand wrote:I still hold out hope, albeit not much, that this line will be back.kevinbastos wrote:Hooray!

Re: Dark Horse Presents - The OCCULTIST!
They just like to re-use number #1 issues for every story arc. And print alot of number ones. On the inside indica of most of the titles, they still list the real chronological issue number. All the Star Wars and BPRD books have that and the new DHP too. I predict the next round of Magnus/Solar/Turok will be the same way.kevinbastos wrote:In the 90 listed comics upcoming on the Dark Horse site, six are above issue ten.etos45 wrote:I think it's pretty likely they'll use the properties again, but it'll probably be in a contained miniseries or something.StarBrand wrote:I still hold out hope, albeit not much, that this line will be back.kevinbastos wrote:Hooray!

Also, we should not overlook the return of Ghost in DHP.

I see some of the DHP short stories are getting collected in one-shots in September. Hope they make a nice painted cover for one shot Nexus.
