As far as I can tell, it came with the first run release of the game.

It did not come with the repackaged "Double Deal" version which included Prime and Microcosm in one package.

Knightt wrote:For those Ultraverse and Malibu and Bravura collectors, here is one of the best sites out there for the 'Malibu variants' but by no means is it complete. I and others on this board have requested 'Big Tel' to update his website with (a pretty nice number) variants that we have uncovered over the years. I think I have discovered only two, anybody else discover any that should have been added ?

Knightt, I know you had mentioned a time or two that you were looking into archiving Big Tel's site.

Did you get around to that? Because I noticed over the weekend it was down. Even more remarkably, I was going to use it to show a customer at the gun counter some Malibu variants.

I don't know if anyone has asked or posted this, but is there a pre- and post-Black September checklist anywhere?

Also, does anyone have a list of which issues and in which order the Ultraverse Premiere issues appeared?

Thanks, Leon.

Just got this in today

Prime #1/2 in Wizard Press binder

Image

Image

I know a few of the early Wizard 1/2s came this way as I've seen a Gen 13 #1/2 in a black Wizard Press binder. This book also does not have the square holo wizard sticker on the cover that others do. I'd never seen this before so I had to add it to my collection. :D

Does the binder itself have anything associating it with the Prime comic? The COA looks different too.

Nice grab.

I am going to have to double check this but I picked up a few Malibu Sun #33s (I believe and I think that it may have new Prototype full art in it, a mini comic).

This may be hasty but I will check hopefully here within the hour.

It's been awhile since I've looked at mine but I think you're talking about Prototype #0 which was originally printed in a couple of issues of Malibu Sun before it was printed as a stand alone.

Then again, it's been awhile, I could be wrong. :)

I hope that you are right, less work for ME !!!

I forgot about Prototype #0... still it was a quick thrill for me, until you smashed it into tiny pieces, tiny pieces that cut into my skin and try to work their way into my skin and move towards my heart.... cruel, man... just cruel.

I just got a copy of Lord Pumpkin 4 ltd edition and wondered what it was.
Upon checking the list, there is no entry, but there is one for necromantra.
The list says Necromantra 1 to 4 and 4 ltd, but the indica says Lord Pumpkin necro mantra.

Anyone shed some light on this for me.
I checked the other issues and i know its a flip book with Necor mantra on the other side, but should it not come under Lord Pumpkin?

cheers

I've got a little bit of info and a new find to share today.

Awhile back we were talking about the Solitaire cards and wondering where the Joker card came from, it was originally polybagged with Hero Illustrated 6.

In my quest to figure out which Krause publication that New World Order preview variant came with I stumbled across another version (same as the original) bound into Wizard 51.

And finally the new find

Godwheel 0 DF signed (of 250)

Knightt, when you see this could you please add it to the checklist. :thumb:

I'm too lazy to look through 31 pages. Anyone seen these before? They are boards that the lcs would have placed behind the books so that just the top portion would be seen.
