I'll tell you in a few days, I am expecting 54 Triumphant issues to arrive in the mail sometime this week. This box should fill about 90-95% of Triumphant for me. There was a deal I couldnt pass up because I would not want to spend what might be massive amounts of time for a DU that I am really not 'that phyched' about. I read a bit of a few Riot Control and it seemed ok. I think that the art is absolutely terrible but so far from what I have sampled, it is going to be the 'story' that is going to be the most appealing.

This issue that you have, signed with post card is a set of that run that (I believe) is limited to 1,000 signed copies.

Are you going to be keeping these books for your DU collection ? Do collect other DUs ?
Yeah I mainly focus on DUs now. Been trying to finish my Valiant reading set first. But been getting a bunch of those 100 comics for a cheap price lots on ebay. And I got all those Chromium Man issues in one of those lots. Good comic and I plan on buying the rest of the Triumphant universe when I find them for a good price.

I have already promised a few books so will have to double check what i have to be sure.

The coolest lot i have is the UNleashed set signed.

:thumb:
Im off for a few days and when i get back the hotter weather will allow me to get to my comics finally so i can get a pick of the Unleashed signed set.

The Scavengers & Chromium Man Blue Logos don't exist even though I see them listed in various places. What do exist are Chromium Man 0 Purple Cover Limited to 500 & Scavengers 0 Blue Cover Limited to 750. I used to own these 2 and somewhere among my many moves I lost about 10 long boxes of comics and they were in there. :!:

http://cgi.ebay.com/75-Assorted-TRIUMPH ... 3f07aa7779

75 assorted Triumphant comics, starting bid $0.01 plus $8.99 shipping

I picked up a lot like this a few weeks ago from this same seller and I received a lot of consecutively serial numbered pairs, a few triples and one hextuple.

If anyone wants it, there it is.

Ok retraction time - I had mentioned that the Scavengers 0 didn't exist, but I am wrong. It is as described above a Blue/Black cover limited to 2000 copies (not 250) and under the issue number it states Blue Logo - the Chromium Man 0 has Purple Logo under its number and is limited to 500.

Did anyone here win this lot? I tried to snipe it, but someone outbid me with their snipe:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0719361319

3 versions of Scavengers #0, the regular version, the blue one pictured above, and the red version of #0. Looks like the winner got a fair deal, I'm just not willing to pay much for even the rare variants from this line. Thought I would win it with my small bid. :|

If anyone has extras of these books, let me know, got plenty of good sh*t to trade. :thumb:

The seller of this auction offered a second chance auction, and after discussing things with him, I am going to be receiving the three Scavengers books in the auction, plus a Chromium Man #0 Purple and a Chromium Man #0 Red for $14 shipped. Probably a little more than I would have liked to pay, but I'm happy to have them.

Not sure if this was updated elsewhere, but I just received a Chromium Man #0 Blue Logo in the mail, so it does indeed exist. Limited to 2000 copies.

Cool - gotta a pic? Is it like the Scavengers Blue 0 where the whole cover is blue? :hm: I finally got Knight one for his collection and it did state Blue Logo but the entire cover was Blue - Not just the Logo. Same with the Purple Logo Chromium Man 0.

I don't know where I saw it, but on my list, I have a limited edition version of Scavengers #3 listed. It's got a question mark next to it, so that means I've never seen the actual book or a scan or anything, but apparently I did see it referred to somewhere. Does anyone else have anything on that?

It is a signed edition that comes with a mini print and has a sticker on the bag that says Triumphant Limited. Below is a link to one from EBay - it went unsold.

ok, what is this? Are there supposed to be signed versions of all the books that have the Defiant/Triumphant posters in them? :?
I have this pack, its all the crossovers in a larger ultra pro style bag with a $75 price tag and Triumphant sticker on it.
Ill check to see if there is anything else like posters etc.

:thumb:
a picture would be appreciated, if you get the chance.
I figured as much.
I will take a pick of them all in the bag and then fanned out too.

:thumb:
Where's that picture? :P

Since Draco never did post the picture of this set, here's one I just lifted from an eBay auction:

More pictures available at the auction page:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Unleashed-Trium ... 500wt_1054" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Doesn't appear to be anything that great, just a set of signed books that had a sky high issue price.
