DC Universe logo variants
Does anyone collect these? I guess they were mainly found in those old 90's "collectors packs" that you found in stores like Walmart or Caldor, so they have much lower print runs than their direct edition or newsstand counterparts. Whenever I'm digging around back issue bins I always keep an eye out for them, sometimes they're mixed in and mistaken for the much overprinted DC comics of the 90s. I'm trying to get together a Green Lantern run and a Death of Superman/Doomsday run.

These?
While you are likely right that they are lower print runs, I'd guess it's more a fun chase to find than anything of particular value (with the exception of some of those early Doomsday issues).

I will also say that our own ZWH alerted me to these many moons ago.
