I looked up Kevin Smith's Onamonapia and I think my idea is better. Unlike his, my character WOULD translate very well to TV/film. I see it as a comedy, though. Something along the lines of Mystery Men. Because a guy making airplane noises so he could fly, and "pew pew" noises so he could shoot laser beams from his finger would be pretty hilarious. But it would get old quick. So he would have to be part of a group so the gag doesn't wear thin too soon.

The Debunker- a former CIA agent who thanks to a secret government project became able to explode and reassemble himself. He was developed in order to blow up underground bunkers enemy countries use to develop nuclear weapons. He was deactivated when he fell asleep and accidentally blew up a bunker at a secret military base in Montana. He now delivers pizzas for Dominos, and requests every July 4th off because that holiday gives him flashbacks.

The Anti-Canuck - arch enemy of The Canadian, he stands for everything that Canada does not. His sole mission is to stop The Canadian from invading his country. He has the ability to see through the passive-aggressive hostile 'nice guy' tactics of The Canadian, but he is a tragic figure because no one else will believe him about the very real threat that The Canadian poses... This has driven him insane & led him down a dark, twisted path to evil behaviour. A true Anti-hero gone bad.
