1. East of West
2. The Manhattan Projects
3. Chew
4. Revival
5. Harbinger
6. Archer and Armstrong
7. New Avengers
8. Avengers
9. Guardians of the Galaxy
10. Invincible

(we have very similar tastes)

I left TWD off because I have a love/hate relationship with that title. It is excellent writing (maybe the best I've ever read), but something disturbing occurs and I'm not able to read for many months. Also of note is that I'm not on the current issues of Invincible or TWD.

A lot of East of West mentions. I really need to read that book. I have all the issues, but have been so busy with work I haven't touched them yet. Same with Lazarus from Greg Rucka, I've heard a lot of good about that book.

EoW could possibly be the best book I'm monthly reading...... but my Dysart and V-Ditti bromance knocks it down to #3

East of West is only just barely out of my top 10 because i've only read the first TPB so far. for most books i need at least 2-3 solid arcs or TPB's to list them in my top 10.

East of West has the great writing typical of Hickman with great art - very stylized, but very suited to the tone of the book. What makes it phenomenal is how awesome virtually every character on every page is. I mentioned in the the EoW discussion thread that most every character in this book is interesting enough to warrant their own solo title, but they're all contained in one book. I like Four Horsemen stories, and I've read more than my fair share in multiple media, but all others pale in comparison to this.

East of West feels like it will be a really classic comic. If you ask me, it's a TV/film adaptation away from being the next TWD.

I should say that I also read Saga & it would have ranked somewhere in my top ten a while ago, but lately its been less appealing to me as of this third story arc.

I actually didn't love the second trade as much as the first. My biggest problem is the issues Aja doesn't draw just don't have the same appeal. The stories in them aren't bad, but it has forced the central story to be so spread out it's almost painful at this point. Definitely still a top book out there, but I wonder how long they can keep it going.
