It will likely be her since Arc 2 will likely be about the aftermath of Darque reentering our realm.

If the later, then I could see Sandria. Or maybe even Dr and Mrs Mirage?

Interesting. This talks about a lot of the things we were just talking about last night for the next OTV episode, like how much this will fit in to the rest of the universe, and if Darque will get out of deadside in this first arc, or if that will be a long, ongoing part of the series.

I like the idea of Dr. Mirage showing up in the next arc.

I love the idea of Mirage and Carmen showing up. XO had Ninjak, A&A had EW, Bloodshot/Harbinger are likely to have Rai and/or Hard Corps. They make the most sense as the characters to reappear in Shadowman.

Yeah, I wonder if they will drag out Master Darque's return or not... I have a feeling he's gonna pop back at the end of the first arc, but I could see it going to the end of the second arc too - if both arcs are gonna be 4 issues, it would be a neat nod to the original if Darque re-enters the VEI universe from the Deadside in the 8th issue, mirroring his VH1 first appearance in #8...

I have no solid guesses as to who is coming back. I suppose I am curious to see what they do with Dr. Mirage this time around, he's sure to pop up... but I am really looking forward to seeing what role Sandria will play this time around.

Alright - I read my Shadowman #0 last night.

While it would be fun to have Dr. Mirage appear (Carmen kicks butt), I think that in addition to the ongoing conflict of Darque trying to return, the other theme is going to be background. I imagine they will continue to flesh out the Shadowman myth, Jack's history, and Darque's. From this perspective, I'm inclined to think it may not necessarily be a hero but another character from the old Shadowman stable. Unless X-O decides to have drinks with Harada in New Orleans again
