Sorry, but I might have to pass. Looking at your pictures could result in fits of violent jealousy. I mean, I have a decent collection, but there are a lot of others that put me to shame.
I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

I would say the mere fact that you have one makes you a man. So cheers to that!

I have resisted diving into the GI Joe pool this deeply for years now. My collection is pretty fly too, but nothing like this. Looking at your Facebook page is doing nothing for my sense of self control. But then again I've been on a vintage Indy and Star Wars kick for a while now too, so that's been distracting me. lol!

Nice collection, man.

Where are the Count Figures? I don't even see the scratch and sniff white jacket variant figure. No Joe collection is complete with out at least one of each.

Yes. Just stay away from that Frankenberry and Boo Berry. That stuff will make you gag.

Thanks IMJ! :D

It's been a hell of a lot of fun putting it together.

I'd compare my GI Joe sickness to Mr. Moler's valiant sickness!

Nice site and a very kick *SQUEE* collection! It's nice to just be able to see a lot of the old toys I had from when I was a child. Sadly, most of my He-Man and G.I. Joe action figures ended up being chewed up by our dog. Congrats on the collection! :thumb:

I was never really big into the GI Joes growing up, but I had the most awesome collection of He-Man action figures/castles/everything. My mother gave them away - when I was still playing with them. She sucks. I keep thinking every day how much my son (2yr) would get a kick out of playing with them.

That's horrible. You should disown her.

You should buy yur 2 yr old the Masters of the Universe classics. They started re-releasing them a while back I think!

I buy my nephews 25th anniversary Joes all the time. They get almost as much enjoyment out of em as I do.

Check out my 3DJoes website thread here:

Thanks man! I put mine away for 17 years or so and right when I dug em out of storage the collecting bug bit me all over again. I'm like a kid at christmas when eBay packages show up at my door.

I feel the same way about my comics. Nothing better than seeing a package (even though you know what is inside) arrive at your door just waiting to be opened. On a side note, one of my favorite childhood memories of 1985 is when my mother surprised me on my 6th birthday by taking me to the toy store (a very small Toys 'R' Us) and allowing me to pick any G.I. Joe figure I wanted. I was blown away to find the last Tomax and Xamot on the shelf. I have actually thought about trying to find the original figure set but I don't think I'm ready to spend that time of money for them.

They are one of the most memorable carded figures from the line. That mirror sided packaging was awesome.

It'll cost you $300-$500 to find a good set in the package though.

You can see mine here:
