keep these worthless auctions coming..I suggest no one even bother looking at them this week. Noting worth getting is up there right now. Best bet would be to wait until next week...Honestly I would pay for any of that junk....umm dont look at the auctions...they suck..

It's also the only one that I don't have - stupid frigging wrestling injuries keeping me away from the boards and all...

Knightt_333 wrote:Yes, the book is CHOICE !!!

Only bad thing about doing this fund raiser (aside from myself paying the Ebay fees) is that I auction off stuff that I NEED for MY collection. Kind of in one hand and out the other !!! HARD to let some of these things go... but yes, this book is beautiful and David is really going to be happy with it. I placed it in a Mylar bag and cant wait to ship it out to him. David has been AWESOME on the fund raiser this year...

Of all the ones I heard about going up for auction, this is the one I was looking forward to the most. :)

Glad I didn't take any chances and lowball bid this thing. Magnusr really surprised me with his bid. I expected a lot of last secong bids, but WOW :o :o

I almost feel sorry that I beat him :(

Well, not really that bad

BTW Chris, donation made tonight. You should see it by Thursday(?)

yeah I would like to win some of this stuff...I have placed bids on nearly everything that has gone up in the last 3 weeks and I have only won 1 thing. Maybe this will be my week. Most of the stuff I dont lost by that much, but you never know what the other guy bid, just that it was more than you.

Needless to say I am not going to let anything that I might want go cheap..

The only sketch I have left is the Ron Lim Silver Surfer sketch. The piece is CLASSIC and Ron was SO nice when I was there... he was doing a commission when I approached him the next day to pick up the sketch he promised... he had forgotten and told the dude standing there that he would have to wait, he had 'charity work to do'. I will have more art pages going up later (original art pages, painted art and lithos) but the Surfer sketch is my last one.
Sorry to hear that..I had to work on sunday night last week or I would have probably been sitting there and bid a little more to win a few of those..oh well..Original art is cool to. Thanks for the update...

Exactly. I tend to be of the same mindset. For the msot part, I *want* to see people beating me in these auctions.
DawgPhan wrote:Oh well..any thoughts on what the magnus vcvss will go for?
None that I'm willing to share publicly.
