Valiant BBQ at Phoenix Comic Con

So if you guys knew my mom, you would know how typical this is of her. When she met Atom! at Wonder Con this year and heard some stories of Poker Night she immediately asked about Phoenix Comic Con and if Valiant would be there. Once Atom! said yes she invited the whole VEI crew to a BBQ at her house. My mom has a huge backyard with requisite pool, but I guess I am doing the cooking. I certainly don't mind, but I hadn't even decided I was going to PCC. So I figured I would let everyone here know what's possibly going on and gauge interest. For all I know Atom! and the guys might be too busy. Anyway, who here would be interested in a VEI/Valiant Fans BBQ one night during PCC? I'll provide the grub, you just bring yourself and whatever you want to drink. The dates are June 5th thru the 8th.

Haven't heard from anyone but you. I did send Atom! an e-mail, but I imagine with FCBD it is a busy week for him. As of now I am going to say I am going to the con and how much food I make will depend on if I get anymore interest. When the show gets a little closer I will talk to the VEI guys and probably they will have better idea of their plans and such. I may invite some guys from Top Cow too, since I am such a big fan of several of their books. So plan on eating some great grilled tri-tip in Phoenix my friend!

Just booked a HUGE party June 7th. Looks like I will be stuck working. Still a few weeks away though and nothing 100% yet. I'll keep you guys posted.

Just seeing these posts. If it's still on, I'm in. I'll be in Phoenix hopefully for the entire thing. If not, then just Fri-Sun.

It is a Phoenix CC traditon to get a 5 Guys burgers and fries...... so.....
