WTB Specific Acclaim Shadowman Comic

I'm nearing my completion of the Acclaim Valiant run. Not only do I need Bad Eggs 01 & 02, but I remember this specific Shadoman Acclaim comic that was released.

What I do remember is that it had a three-panel horizontal framing and it said something like the Good, The Bad, and The Ugly on it. One of the panels had a guy in circle sunglasses.

Does anyone remember what volume and number that was? If anyone has it for sale, I would be interested in buying it.
