Yeah, getting rarer to find as the years go by. I had the chance to buy one from a board member years ago and drug my feet too long. I think I just had too much going on at the time. Regrets but oh well. I've been doing this long enough to see almost everything pops up sooner later.

What’s the story behind the blue cape? I Have seen white capes, but didn’t know there was a variant

According to the ad on the back of CONCRETE JUNGLE: LEGEND OF THE BLACK LION B&W Retailer Review, it was sent to retailers free as an incentive for ordering 15 copies of Concrete Jungle and 15 copies of Goat: HAEDUS or retailers could buy one for $7 (I think) for ordering at least 10 copies of each book. According to the ad, the blue cape figure was never offered directly to the public.

1) White Cape (common)
2) Blue Cape (scarce variant)
3) White Cape w/black Woody logo - (highly rare - employee exclusive?)

I've given some thought to paring down a few things in my collection. If I decide to move my remaining set I'll give you first shot @ the blue variant.

If you do decide to pair down your collection I am always on the look out for any board projects or other esoteric Valiant items. As the years go by they are getting more difficult to find.
