Imperium Deluxe Edition delay?

Imperium Deluxe Edition delay?
This was meant to be released next week, then got delayed until May 7, 2019 but this morning has now been pushed back to February 2020. Why does this keep happening with the deluxe edition release dates?

Where are you seeing the 2020 date? Amazon will list a future date like that sometimes when they just don't know.
