WTB: Raw Gold Key Magnus 1, Solar 1, Chaos Effect Alpha Red

I'm looking for Gold Key Magnus and Solar #1 issues in raw condition with minimal wear. Some damage is understandable, but I don't want any major creases, no tears, and nothing cut out.

I am also looking for a Chaos Effect Alpha Red in high grade raw. No damage of any kind is preferable, but a light stress mark that does not break color is acceptable.

I'm a very patient guy, but I would really like to get a nice Magnus #1 sooner rather than later. Out of curiosity, what do you think my Solar #1 will get from CGC?

It's tough to judge from a front cover photo. I would hope for a 7.0+ for that price.

Magnus is a tougher book in high grade, even though it's "newer" (Magnus 1963 vs. Solar 1962). There's probably a logical reason, but I haven't heard it.

The Solar looks like a 5.5-6 to me. Tough to say. I bought a 7.0 CBCS for slightly less than that, but that was a few years ago.

It took me YEARS to find a resonably price Magnus 1 at a grade higher than 7.5, which was my goal.

I hope it does better than that. I’ve seen much worse looking books get a 7.0.

Congrats on the Magnus :). It's a tough book above 7.0.
