I believe that Ying was from Loma Linda.
If this is the same seller, then I can report satisfactory transactions with him. Others, as I recall, had a different experience.
The same seller last week sold several issue 25 keys and an XO Manowar 15, and has not apparently received any feedback for those sales as of yet.
