I'm not sure if this auction was covered in another post or not but it appears our buddy aug002 is at it again.

I know he has managed to become the arch-nemesis of a few of us who visits these boards. He likes to go after high CGC graded Valiant's and especially premiums. I haven't paid as much attention as I should so I'm not sure if he is getting doubles or completing his collection with only the highest quality books, but one thing is for sure, $$ isn't an option to him. I wouldn't mind picking this guys brain over the phone to see what the master plan is for all his craziness. Unless someone is able to get ahold of him I guess we'll never know.

There was a similiar thread called "Aug002 anti-christ" on the last forum. I feel with ya brother. He's outbid me on many an eBay auction. I've actually sold a few of my issues to him on my auctions he has won. As much as he has kicked my but on bidding, he is a nice guy to do business with.

As far as his master plan with collecting Valiants... I think he is a fan like the rest of us. His pockets are just a little deeper.... actually A LOT deeper.

Aug has won a few of my auctions, a real pleasure. There was that one time I bribed him with a Harbinger 0 pink to stay away from some auction I was bidding on -- worked too!

I think he is saying that ComicKing is the anti-christ. I am sure it just a poke in the side. Since there was a very heated thread on the V1 boards that involved ComicKings and a few others.
