LOOKING TO BUY: Quantum & Woody, Deathmate Golds...
Hey all,
I'm not certain that i'm ready to throw down some dough for these YET...BUT...
I'm interested in the following books; the cheaper the better as perfect quality is not an issue for me
Valiant
Deathmate Golds - prologue, yellow, blue, red, black, epilogue
ACCLAIM COMICS:
Quantum & Woody 5-32
I am just interested in getting Quantum & Woody in regard to Acclaim at this time Whee hooo!!!

Eternal Warriors is good. I would start with that. I know a lot of peeps like Q&W, it just did not appeal to me.
Once you get past the fact that these are NOT the same characters, there is some good reading in the Acclaim universe.
I would read the Solar books, it sorta gives the background. Also, the Master Darque stuff is very good.

That looks interesting as well. I have the first four issues of Shadowman Vol.2; mainly 'cuz I thought I would only stop at the Garth Ennis run Worrying about collecting 4 issues is not as daunting as 16...lol.h-comics wrote:Don't forget the Shadowman vol 3 ,me personally were my favorite from Acclaim.

The Ennis parts of Shadowman are very dark and matured themed. The series takes a different approach later on and continues into the third series.JonesyAZ wrote:That looks interesting as well. My listing has been updated; I actually would like a set of Deathmate Golds, if they can be had on the cheap Also, i'm just gonna stick with Quantum & Woody for now; I actually found a copy of the "Director's Cut" TPB last night for $4 at my local hand-me-down store It...was...HILARIOUS!!!!
Because of that, i'm only interested in issues 5 through the end, since the collection seems to include 0-4? Am I correct on issue 0 being a part of it?
