One of the last variants I need to complete this set (besides the #25 Perlin/Hitch).
I'm looking for a quality, high grade version of this bad arse book, can be either CGC or raw.

I have a copy of this book in CGC 9.0. I realize it's probably not the condition you want, but it is a sharp copy. I was planning to sell it and a bunch of other CGC slabbed VEI variants I have that didn't grade very well on eBay soon. As often happens with CGC I expected this to grade higher and I can't really see the defects they found. Not a 9.8 but was hoping for 9.4 - 9.6. If you want to make me an offer feel free to PM me. Otherwise I can let you know when I put it on eBay (probably in the next few weeks). I start all my auctions at 99 cents opening bid with no reserve so deals can be had.
