There's a KILLER letter from Fabian to Wizard in issue #77. Fab slams the hell out of Wiz! It's worth listing & reprinting here. Maybe I'll get the chance later.---Steve

Here are some pictures...Previews issues are a little tough to scan without pressing the spine, but I think it still turned out decently.

That's it. Comic Price Review is "Overstreet's Comic Price Review".
The text is too small to read in that scan.

I just got a HUGE lot of CSNs--found several of the early ones from the list (though I have to point out--#223 doesn't have a Harbinger checklist, it has a short blurb about Harbinger and the checklist is for comics coming out in October 1991. Also had a little ad for Harbinger, too; but that's probably been seen in other publications).

CSN #302 has the cover of TUROK #1.

A lot of early 90's CSNs had ads for Valiant Comics (though like I said, they might've been seen in other publications; I'm just not sure), plus were mentioned in reccomendations and reviews. I'll have to dig through them.

New ones I found: CSN #371 has a Timewalker cover. CSN #423 has a cover of The Outcast.

Update... this one has been published.

Magnus #0 is one of two covers for Overstreet's Comic Price Review #17.
(The other cover is Grimjack.)

A full page (p.21) is devoted to Magnus... from Gold Key to Valiant to Acclaim to current...
3 Valiant covers (Magnus #11, #6, and #7) are shown across the bottom of p.21.

It would totally be cool to try and collect all the old wizard's magazines with Valiant articles still bagged. Maybe I'll do that after I complete my current collection obsession.

I found a copy of "Inside Comics" #3 with the unity 1 "Quality is Absolute" cover. It was just too neat to not pick up. Uh-oh - I guess I'm going to have to start looking for the other stuff. I know I had most of the Wizzers at some point in time.

I also picked up the Overstreet Comic Price Review. It has a two page spread on robots in comics with a little bit on Magnus and the different incarnations. If anyone wants it and is having trouble finding it, I can probably pick it up for you as one of the LCSs here had a little blurb in it so he bought a bunch. :thumb:

Not a magazine or article, but it's kind of valiant related, sort of:

I think those look pretty cool, in a tacky toy way. I'd be very surprised if someone from here didn't get them.

In fact, I'm putting in a bid right now ...
