I wouldn't bother listing them on eBay, as you can make just as much (if not more) by offering them here on the message board. If you're not sure on the pricing, have a "board auction" where you start the prices low and let the people here decide what the final price is.

right on. So people value the price variant more just because its an alteration or are they even more rare?

I think if they were easily picked up then the market would be loaded and we would all have runs if we so wished.
That isnt to say that there are not lots out there.
Its like anything that suddenly becomes a hit, if there are copies they will start to slowly surface.
Just board members alone now going back through their collections alone must have uncovered a good hit.
No doubt as the next year ticks by and more people check at more shows and word slowly travels, im sure we will know more about which ones are the HTF and which ones were made a plenty.

very nice, that one was not documented before (although I think we assumed it existed since the surrounding issues had newsstand versions). :thumb:

Now if someone can just discover newsstand copies of Solar #50 and Magnus #59, we'd have some nice complete runs verified.

I would venture to say no. I would also venture to say that I'm probably closest.

Who wants to have a scan off?! WOOOO!

I have about 47 of the NS issues. Not really close to being done but I think it's a good start. If anyone can help me out there it would be much appreciated :thumb:

Funny coincidence. Mike's got 47 and I'm missing 47 (of the known ones). Total there's just over 100 known if I count correctly.

I'm actually pretty excited, I finished bagging and boarding my collection tonight. All of my valiant comics are in short boxes, labeled, and bagged and boarded with the same ultra-pro setup. It's a beautiful site.

Minus the 2 valiant voices I'm missing and the rest of the newsstands, it's an almost complete collection :thumb:
