Been doing some digging and here's what I've found:

1998, Playmates
Joshua Fireseed
Adon
Primagen

Sonicdan also has these two-packs listed on his site: Joshua Fireseed/Tribal Raptor and Primagen/Triceratops Bionasaur

He's also got a picture up of a sweet Turok diorama with him fighting a dinosaur. Can't make out the exact wording on the box, but I recognize the Playmates logo.

I seem to recall they previewed a bunch of the Turok toys in the back of the 2 mags:
Seeds of Evil and Adon's Curse.

But save yourself the time reading the original story in these issues, I read the Seeds of Evil not long ago and it was rather crappy.

Here's a few things not listed yet:

V2 Shadowman bottle opener,
V2 Quantum & Woody Magnet,
Birthquake Canteen,
Birthquake Flashlight,
The Valiant Continuity Bible,
Chaos Effect Bin Dividers,
Valiant Display Box

I'll compile more later....

1. Armstrong Ale & Darque Brew (with & without Greeting cards),

2. X-O Statue & several X-O Statue 'prototypes/bootlegs',

3. little round stickers for Unity 2000, Shadowman, & Armorines (convention giveaways),

4. Gold Keys Mini-Books (set of six, one of which features Turok),

5. Shadowman Playing Cards,

6. we need to add alot of Promo posters!

7. cardstock catalog insert for Harbinger Files card set.

PS----The Chromium sendaway cards are marked "ch #1-Ch #6" to signify that they are Chromium, not "chapters" as you has written. Goes for "ch #7", as well.---Steve

You could add the video games. I'm not sure how many there were: Turok, Turok: Seeds Of Evil, Turok: Rage Wars, Turok: Evolution, Armorines, Shadowman, Shadowman: 2econd Coming, Ironman vs. X-O Manowar. Plus there are Strategy Guides for several of the Acclaim games. I have Shadowman, Turok: Seeds Of Evil, & Turok: Evolution. I know one was made for Armorines.

Plus you could add several issues of Nintendo Power magazine (I'll have to look up the numbers) which featured a Battle Toads story done by Valiant, a Metroid poster, & an article about Jim Shooter starting up Nintendo comics.---Steve

don't forget the 'shelf-talkers', Dino. Remember I sent you a scan of the Chaos Effect one I found, and someone on here was posting about finding three or four others.

Yep, I bought a set of VH2 shelf-talkers from my LCS not long ago - actually there were 5 of them - I just double-checked. I'll try to scan some and post them.

Thanks for the scans. I'm surprised that they are from Acclaim, the one I have is Valiant Chaos Effect.

One more for the list:

Image

Nice leather case & felt interior w/Acclaim logo inside. 'Shadow man' is also imprinted on the frames. These came with a Shadowman Nintendo 64 game I purchased off ebay.

I can't decide if I should wear them or display 'em.

If I had the balloons it'd be tempting to fill them with water and take target practice at my Deathmates.

You did mean the normal balloons and not the Valiant breast implants, correct

I understand they tried to do an F version. The resulting explosion left the surrounding eight city block covered in filler.

Justin,

It suddenly struck me that you had mentioned a new updated VCB that would be available in soft and hard cover this summer? I'm really hoping your post on Monday will be that. If its not I'm sure it will still be great, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

:hope: :hope: :hope: :hope: :hope: :hope:
