Want to unload a lot of comics

Post by tssgery »

I used to frequent this board quite a bit but life got very busy for me. I've not purchased a comic in 5 years, other than the first few issues of each of the new Valiant titles. Anyway, I've got a LOT of comics I'd like to get out of my house. These include at least one of each VH1 book and multiples of each sought after book. There are also a LOT of Marvels, books from all eras.

I think there's about 50 short boxes, mostly alphabetized.

I've considered taking them to a local convention and selling them but am wondering if there are enough people in the Northern Virginia area (Alexandria) that would make it worth my while to have a garage sale and invite you all. I don't really want to go the ebay route.

Some of everything. A lot of marvel (from the 60s through 2000s), a bit of DC, and a few independents.

I'll be moving to the northern Virginia area in July. I'm definitely interested if it's toward the end of July.

I've not been around in quite a while but I do have about 40-50 short boxes of comics that I'd like to get out of my basement.

If there is anyone in the Northern Virginia area that is looking for anything or wants to stop by and look... my selection is better than any store in the area. Just contact me to arrange a time and I'll promise to make you a good deal on whatever you find.

Mostly, it's mid 80's and up Marvel, some DC, and a few independant. I've got quite of few Bronze age key issues as well, some CGC graded

If there are any 80's Valiants that you need... I have them. Likely multiple copies.

Oh, I do have the Sean Chen Solar statue as well if anyone is looking for it.

I would be all over this, but I think it would take me like 10 hours to drive down from Ottawa.... :P
