I am a huge idiot...
...and I promise to re-create this story. Until then all apologies.

Cool story, buddy. I had heard parts of it, but not all of it and definitely not in context with the rest. You could pass some of your "fodder" my way for some Magnus Pre-Unitys if you want! I don't have enough early Rai. I do have 3 Slabbable copies of Rai #3 though! I'll get around to it one of these days!
Good luck with going West Coast on us! Bring me a souvenir!

Thanks, MC. I'll see about a trade sometime, but lately I am having BADDD luck with my mailman. I think I'm going to have to go to the local Postmaster and complain about him and his penchant for JAMMING stuff in my little mailbox.Manowar Class wrote:Cool story, buddy. San Diego looks less and less like a possibility, but it's not down to "zero" yet...

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

You could have it sent to your workplace if that is an option. That is what I do. I used to have bad luck with my mailbox...not that it was small, well it is, but with misdirected mail. Things I wanted never seemed to get there. The only people who got it right was the people sending me bills. Thanks, MC. hey, did you get to read my Valiant story yet? It may be as lengthy as yours! Talk to ya later!

My workplace has a small box that's separated from the "office," and I don't think they would want me doing that anyways - yet.Manowar Class wrote:You could have it sent to your workplace if that is an option. Thing is, I never had this problem before until recently, and I have been eBaying for years..... that's why I'm gonna complain about my deliverer.
I'll let you know, though - early Magnus stuff I need!
-slym (does anyone else think "deliverer" sounds weird?)

"Deliverer" sounds awfully religious for some reason...like it came from Spawn or something.
There exist however, a multitude of synonyms capable of adequately describing the individual that the majority of common folk refer to as the mailman: courier, mailperson, mailwoman, postal carrier, postman, postwoman, special messenger, letter carrier, deliveryboy...and so on. Simply pick one and bam, no more deliverer.
What would be fun is if you took a bunch of synonyms for "bad" or "shoddy" and put a different one in front of the myriad words for mail man each time you had to say that word when you go complain to the post office...that's almost on par with that 101 zany ways to order a pizza or 100 wacky things to do in an elevator. Have fun with it!
