Where'd the girl go?
We had one cool chick, and you all scared her away. Sigh.

I love da *SQUEE*. I mean ladies. And I always treat them with respect - except when they aren't looking.
My wife would kill me for this post and my last one.

. . . I've been busy and will soon be busier once I start law school. But I'm trying to check in here once in a while.
And while I wouldn't mind off-loading a few issues, I wouldn't break a run for nuthin'. Besides the Magnus' and Turok's are specifically hubby's--which is how we got into Valiant. The Solar's and Harbinger's were pretty much bought at my request.
Hubby just wants me to see if I can find out how much some of this is worth. We have a very nice, finished, 200 sq ft basement that has over 5000 comics (and other stuff) in it. If we can get some of it emptied, hubby can have whatever he wants down there: pool table, home theater, whatever. I made sure it got wired for cable when we bought the house--those cable guys loved the EMPTY basement and called in for help to make sure they could wire it. It took 3 guys and they had to drill through some VERY solid lath and plaster (basically a wall of concrete) to do it, but one said he wasn't leaving until the basement was wired. It's that cool a room. And perfect for hubby to have for himself. I got his Olivia poster (that's the Playboy-featured-artist, not the pig) signed when she was in LA (and I lived there) and all professionally framed, and it's waiting for the room to be ready. It's one of her less-risque ones. One he wouldn't be embarrassed to have his mother see. No outright nudity--just a lot 'implied'.

There are two recent (Propita and Serenity) active female members; it looks like we haven't scared them away yet.

Be careful who you trust, the devil was once an angel.

I'm still here too.
And thanks about the other thread I was on, telling me where Dan's website is. WOW! Very cool site and what a collection. I know I tossed a few things during our big move.

I wonder if this post had anything to do with Latina Eyes not coming back.400yrs wrote:Actually, the first several posts were about another female ---> Latina Eyes who took jokes pretty well. She made a few posts inquiring about selling and then split.
NO, you try reading them.
Then YOU can give US the short, long, or any version you want to.
But until then, drop the attitude.
