Message Board Stalker Coming Out
Hello Valiant Fans! I have been stalking these boards for a couple years now since I discovered Valiant back in 2012 through free comic book day / Valiant relaunch news. I figured that I would get around to saying hi.
Never did read comics as a kid, but I did hear of things such as the death of Superman while in grade school. I got older, moved out of the house, worked overseas for a bit, came back and said to myself, "I think I am going to do something that I have always wanted to do--buy a comic book". So I bought The Death of Superman trades (and many more other Superman and Batman), read them, and then got into the New 52 launch and TMNT. I found out I wasn't the biggest Superman fan when X-O Manowar and Archer & Armstrong came around. Here I am now, a huge Valiant fan/reader/collector.
It's hard to pick a favorite Valiant comic, as they are all so unique, but X-O Manowar is just that one I would not do without (Ninjak may soon be that as well).
That's it for now. I'll try and talk more on these boards. You guys seem to be great peoples.
