WTTB! You're not a Long-Ho(rn) fan are you?
Ha! Let me just say this:

"Gig 'Em!"
TCU?
Agro-Americans.
A&M? Oh HELL NO!
Yep. We tell Aggie jokes all over the state. They really are a breed apart there; I say that and I attend one of their satellite universities.
Oh the Aggie jokes extend far beyond the Texas border . . .

I live in Fort Worth (and have worked at the University) so I'm a big TCU fan as well.

As for A&M, my Dad attended Tarleton (an A&M affiliate) so I've been a life-long fan as I'd sit and watch the games with him. Not too concerned about the Aggie jokes though...thick skin and all. Plus, I can only claim being a fan -- never had the good fortune of attending the college.

Welcome! I have been having a blast today reading the Valiant stories whenever my son is down for a nap. I was about to dive into the old Gold Key Solar & Magnus titles about the time Unity came out but life interrupted and I never followed up. The painted covers are beautiful. How do the stories and art compare to the Valiant runs [or at least the pre-Unity Valiants]?

What? Another Texasn joined while I was away with work. How did I miss this, I am sure I have seen your posts, just assumed you were an old timer. Good to have you on the board. Pretty soon the Texas Chapter of VF is gonna outnumber the Arkansas Chapter.

Yes, but we are a little more spread out.
