Yeah, I was in Capital City earlier today. The guy actually had a decent selection of some pre-unity stuff and his prices didn't seem too off. He managed to help me fill out my Harbinger run for a semi-decent price. Although, I didn't really need too many to do that. I can't remember who I talked to (older guy), but he seemed pretty well informed about VALIANT and collectors.

Some stuff was a little high. He wanted $30 for some of the TPBs, which seemed a little up there. I haven't really priced those very much yet though.
