Welsh Valiant Fan

Post by ian_house »

Heya, not sure if there are many Valiant fans from the UK but I am!
I became interested in Valiant when I was about 14, I'm 19 now so 5 years, due to discovering a huge collection of them at the local comic stall. I didn't buy them because they looked amazing... I bought them because they were cheap! At the time the stall was having a clearance and was selling off hundreds of comics at 11 comics for £1. After buying 11 random comics and discovering that the Valiant issues were riveting and that I couldn't put them down I went ack for more... AND the rest is history!

I've only just discovered this website so I'd love to hear from other Valiant fans in the UK, especially if you would be interested in trading?

Welcome to the boards, that's a great opening story. I know we have a few people that aren't from the USA, can't remember if there are any UKers, though. I think theres a map on the site somewhere that some members' locations are posted.

:D

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

Welcome! :thumb:

I believe there are several members from the UK here. Check out the membership list linked at the top of every page in the forum.

Plus there are members from other parts of Europe like Cornflakeboy from Spain and MagnusR from Sweden, and others from Ireland and Italy. Trading with these members might save you some on shipping charges. Good Luck!---Steve

We all seem to get childish for 5 minutes or so every now and then. No worries....
