Hi All,

Apologies for being away for some time. I lurked for a few years, participated for a few years, disappeared for a few years and now hope to be back for awhile. My original "Valiant Story" is out there somewhere but I thought I'd reintroduce myself. Due to a number of life changes -- deaths, moving myself and other family, putting my wife through school and new jobs -- time and money were tight. Unfortunately, "I don't check cheddar like a food inspector".

I was sad to hear of the sale of Valiant and Dinesh's situation. I'm a Valiant collector from the Shooter days and followed VEI for a few years before life went a little haywire and I took a step back from comics. Even though I wasn't buying books (perhaps I was part of the problem), I was glad to know Valiant was alive and well (and still is).

I see the forums have changed a bit so I'm going to have to reorient myself.
